They will confidently navigate the legal and regulatory framework of Dubai and the UAE while mastering the complexities of real estate renovation, identifying both challenges and opportunities in this dynamic sector.

Target audience

The course is designed for investors, family offices, and real estate professionals, including lawyers, agents, and tax experts, looking to enhance their expertise in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

Certificate of Participation

At the end of the programme a certificate of participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the educational activities envisioned by the programme.

The programme lasts 28 hours and spans 4 days.

DAY 1: INTRODUCTION TO UAE MARKET WITH DUBAI FOCUS

DAY 3: VISIT TO DUBAI LAND DEPARTMENT (DLD) AND KEY DEVELOPERS:

• The Dubai Land Department (DLD) process and key data
• Dubai Key Developers overview flagship projects

DAY 4: VISIT TO ABU DHABI REAL ESTATE CENTRE (DARI) AND KEY DEVELOPERS

• The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (DARI) process and key data
• Abu Dhabi Key Developers overview flagship projects

Programme Schedule, Delivery and Locations

The Executive Course in Real Estate in the UAE will be held from October 28^th to October 31^st 2025 (Tuesday – Friday) from 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M.

The Course will be held from held on campus at Luiss Business School Dubai Hub for Made in Italy, Sheikh Zayed Road, Convention Tower – 4th floor, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Site visits in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will be arranged by the Luiss Business School staff on day 3 and day 4.

Tuition and Funding

Tuition Fee

The tuition fee for the entire programme amounts to EUR 2.500/10.286 AED*.
*(In the event of exchange rate fluctuations, the tuition fee will be determined based on the value in euros).

The fee includes materials and access to all Luiss Business School facilities.

In order to register, three revenue stamps will be virtually requested, EUR 16/63,62 AED each (one for the application, the second for the certificate request, and the last one to display on the certificate) equaling EUR 48/190,86 AED.

Fee Waivers

Luiss Business School offers several fee waivers options. Waivers cannot be combined with any other waiver, scholarship or sponsorship support.

• Participants who have already attended a Luiss Business School programme or are Luiss Guido Participants who have already attended a Luiss Business School programme or are Luiss Guido Carli graduates are entitled to a 10% fee reduction.
• Early bird 10%. Participants who enroll at least 60 days before the start date are entitled to a 10% fee reduction.
• Early bird 5%. Participants who enroll at least 30 days before the start date are entitled to a 5% fee reduction
