The programme is targeted to entrepreneurs, professionals and managers in the industry or anybody operating or willing to enter the Food & Beverage Industry, in dealing with successful business models, understanding market dynamics, characteristics and key players.
Certificate of Participation
At the end of the programme a certificate of participation will be issued to those who have attended at least 80% of the educational activities envisioned by the programme.

- Module 1: Overview on the food &beverage industry
- Module 2: Sustainable, ethical and food production
- Module 3: Marketing and communication in food & beverage
- Module 4: Logistics & operations in the food industry
Programme Schedule, Delivery and Locations
The Executive Programme in Food & Beverage Management is designed to be delivered 75% on campus and 25% online, in synchronous mode. The formula involves class delivery online on weekdays from 06:00 pm to 09:00 pm and Saturdays from 08:30 am to 01:00 pm and 02:00 pm to 04:30 pm.

The on-campus courses will take place at the Luiss Business School Dubai Hub for Made in Italy, Sheikh Zayed Road, Convention Tower – 4th floor, Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The learning experience is built around individuals and each training path is associated with activities and services held during and after the classroom phase. Tuition and Funding
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee for the entire programme amounts to EUR 4.900/19.432 AED*.
To meet the needs of those who require training only on specific topics, it is possible to purchase individual modules, EUR 1.400/5.562 AED*.
*(In the event of exchange rate fluctuations, the tuition fee will be determined based on the value in euros).
The fee includes materials and access to all Luiss Business School facilities.
In order to register, three revenue stamps will be virtually requested, EUR 16/63,62 AED each (one for the application, the second for the certificate request, and the last one to display on the certificate) equaling EUR 48/190,86 AED.
Fee Waivers
Luiss Business School offers several fee waivers options. Waivers cannot be combined with any other waiver, scholarship or sponsorship support.
- Participants who have already attended a Luiss Business School programme or are Luiss Guido Participants who have already attended a Luiss Business School programme or are Luiss Guido Carli graduates are entitled to a 10% fee reduction.
- Early bird 10%. Participants who enroll at least 60 days before the start date are entitled to a 10% fee reduction.
- Early bird 5%. Participants who enroll at least 30 days before the start date are entitled to a 5% fee reduction.
